When I try to order online, I can not checkout. There appears always an empty page. / The order is not sent.
In order to locate this error, we need detailed information on the error. Please note, that a firewall in combination with a ssl encrypted connection will usually cause problems. You either switch off the firewall for your order or send your order via a standard internet connection (what is not recommendable). It might be, that the server was too busy. Please reload the page via your browser.

- your computer is protected by a firewall which does not allow certain functions
- the item you would like to order is not available anymore
- the shop can identify you correctly as you access the internet via AOL.
In such cases you can order by email, fax or phone.

There is no registration or login required prior your order. You can order alaways without an account. This is very helpful if there should be some unexpected problems at registration or login.

At http://checkmyorder.budoten.com you can usually check the status of your order. If this should not be possible for some reason, you send a email with your order-id to our support. As a matter of principle you will always receive an email if there are any unexpected delays in handling your order.
I've received several order confirmation emails. Which one is correct?
The reason for is, that the button "order now" at the last order step was clicked more than one time or the page was reloaded by your browser for some reason. In such cases the basket of the additional emails is empty.
Please ignore the emails without any items.
