1) How can I order gift certificates?
In the Budoten onlineshop is a special category for gift certificates where you will find all kinds of gift certificates. You can choose between various vouchers. There are the classical letter-gift-certificates, email-vouchers and customer advantage cards. Simply add the gift-certificate to your basket and place your order as usual. 2) How can I redeem gift certificates and vouchers?
You can redeem your gift-certificates and vouchers right in your basket. The Budoten Tour Gift Certificates and Vouchers offers a great help. In the basket your will see two fields where you can enter the voucher code and the password. Enter code and password exactly as it was given to you. Please note, that code and password are case-sensitive. When copying via the windows clipboard make sure not copy any leading or trailing spaces.
3) Are there any rules / restrictions for gift certificates?
Gift certificates are vouchers or customer cards you have purchased by yourself or you have received by friends or relatives. For such vouchers there are no limitations or restrictions. Purchased gift certificates are valid for any item offered by the Budoten online store.

- Gift certificates are not payed off in cash. You are not entitled to sell gift certificates. You can use gift certificates to settle payments with current orders.
- Non covered amounts of your order may be payed by credit card, prepayment, cash on delivery, invoice or direct debit.
- Any remaining credit will be credited until expiration of your gift certificate. Remaining credits will expire without compensation at expiration of the gift certificate.
- Any gift certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Please pay attention to the expriation date.
4) Which rules / restrictions do exist for vouchers?
Promotional coupons are vouchers you receive directly from Budoten on certain occasion. Those vouchers are free of charge.
- Any promotional coupons are individual-related and not transferrable. Promotional coupons may be redeemed only one time at http://www.budoten.com/en/martial-arts-supply/
- Promotional codes are valid only for the designated range of products (if any). You can check the range of products where the promotional code is valid for by means of the kexwords at the items detail page.
Example: You get a promotional coupon for "equipment". If the keyword "equipment" is to be found in the keyword area of the detail page, the coupon is valid for this item.
- Promotional codes are not payed off in cash. You are not entitled to sell or transfer any promotional code to any third person. Promotional codes are not valid for settling payments with older open orders.
- General promotional coupons which are valid for the whole shop, may not be combined with each other. Per order you can only use one promotional code. Promotional codes for discounts and promotional codes for free or reduced shipping may not be combined.
- Promotional codes are only valid until the expiration date. Please pay attention to the expiration.
- As a matter of principle you can only redeem one promotional code per order. This does not apply to coupons for discounts on different ranges of products. Such coupons may be combined (e.g. coupon for kung-fu items and a coupon for karate).
- Non covered amounts of your order may be payed by credit card, prepayment, cash on delivery, invoice or direct debit.
- Any remaining credit will not be credited until expiration of your gift certificate. It will expire immediately after usage of the coupon.
