If you don't receive any email, you either entered a wrong email-address or a wrong username. Please try it again. If you don't succeed, create a new account. Since our staff has no access to your data, they can not help you directly.

In most cases, the customer has never created an online account. Please note, that Budoten does not create online accounts for its customer for the sake of data security. Without an online account you can not login to a not existent account. The login to the customer information system (KIS) is not identical to the login of your online account.

Please note: The password will be sent only to the email address which is associated with your affiliate account. If we receive a password request from an email other than your email address which is affiliated with your account, we will not answer to you request.

Why our Staff Members can not help you

Our staff has no direct access to the customer accounts database in the internet.

In addition: since our system can send your login data automatically you must not contact our staff. Click the link below the login box. Simply enter your email-address or your username. Last but not least due to the many records in our database we must safeguard, that anybody receives for any reason the wrong login data. Therefore in addition it's strictly prohibited for our staff, to research any login data.
