Lost and Missing Deliveries
We inform you by email upon shipping of your goods.
As for deliveries within Germany, please allow five working days for delivery. As for deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, please allow at least 7 to 10 working days.
In spite of all the efforts, there can be sometimes unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local post office as it is possible that they have failed to deliver your parcel and it waits now for pick up at the post office.
If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services an e-mail at: email@example.com and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the order-id that we can identify your order faster.)
You can call our German customer support from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 12.00 am (MET) and from Monady to Thursday, 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 pm.
