Why I didn't receive a confirmation of my order?

After completing the ordering process you will receive immediately, latest within a few minutes, a confirmation of your order by email if your email address was correct. This email contains the 10-digit order-id which identifies your order.

In case you did not receive a confirmation of your order, there might be 3 possible main reasons:

  1. The ordering process was not completed and the order was not placed
    Please order again. Use the comment-field to inform us, that you have placed your order twice, so that we can check it on our side, just to make sure, that you will not receive the ordered items twice.

  2. You have entered a wrong email address.

  3. Your SPAM-filter is not configured correctly and our order confirmation was identified as spam. Especially spam filters of web.de, freenet.de, hotmail.com, aol.de, t-online and aol.com are well known for such problems. You should check your spam filter on a regular basis, to make sure that there are no important emails.

After completing the ordering process successfully you will see the order confirmation page. Please write down your order-id given at this page in case of any inquiries concerning your order.
