I have received damaged goods. What shall I do?

All items are checked and packed carefully before shipping. As a matter of principle we don't send any damaged goods to our customers.

For this reason it is most likely a damage in transportation. Damages in transportation must be reported immediately. We have a special document which explains the procedure at damages in transportation.
