Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal / Revocation for reproducible Media

There is no right of withdrawal / revocation for reproducible media as audio or video recordings and software, if, and as soon as, the seal of the delivered data media had been opened.

This specifically concerns videos, dvd's and cd's.

All our videos, dvd's and cd's have a seal. You can check those products but you are not allowed to open them. If you open the the protective cover or unseal the product or watch the dvd / video, you are not entitled anymore to make use of the right of revocation / withdrawal for this item. This will not effect any legal warranty claims.
