May I pay by Installments?
In principle, yes.
We kindly ask you to apply for an installment before placing your order. Usually we will not agree to any installment, which exceeds 6 month. Please note, that charge you interests of 8,424% p.a.
Usually an installment agreement requires a direct debit mandate for the installments. Different agreements require our consent.
In case of payment by installments we will evaluate your data. for justified reasons we will exchange data with other companies within our group as well as credit report agencies etc. The result of this audit will determine the payment, but not the delivery. We reserve the right, to not accept installments for certain orders and to consist on other modes of payment as eg. cash in advance or cash on delivery (C.O.D.).
In case of any default in payment with one of the installments (eg. charge back due to insufficient balance of your account), the entire claim is due immediately and the judicial reminder procedure, which causes additional costs, will be initiated.
