Shipping Time - When will I get the ordered items?
In order to cover all possibilities we specify 3-10 working days from your order as estimated time to shippment.
Stock items will be sent usually within 48 hours. In certain cases it may happen, that items are out of stock and we have to order them first. In such cases we order them at the wholeseller. In general we will be able to restock them within 3-5 working days. But due to this back order the shipping time will enlengthen to 1-2 weeks. As for items we don't hold on stock, the shipping time is determined by the to ways of the goods: from the wholeseller to Budoten and from Budoten to you.
If an item should not be in stock, we will contact you by email. This pressumes, that you have given us your correct email-address with your order. More information you will find at: back order.
Our customers are used to quick deliveries. Therefore we check all orders at least twice a week. If we should have some items of your order ready for shipping in stock, we will send them in advance without any additional shipping costs for you!
As soon as your order was shipped by us, we will inform you by email. Within Germany the order will reach you usually the next working day. When delivery is made by DPD, you will also get the parcel-id to check the way of your items via Delistrack. Same applies to shipping with DHL / Deutsche Post which offers an online tracking via the tracking code we will send to you.
